The Infinicore® FlowDirector V2 series represents the latest generation of Network Packet Brokers, purpose-built to help network administrators operate, monitor, and debug their networks with precision and ease. Powered by Broadcom® Trident 3 and Trident 5 ASICs, these high-performance, scalable appliances deliver true line-rate packet processing across all ports with minimal latency and optimal resource efficiency.

FlowDirector V2 enables comprehensive traffic orchestration-including mapping, tapping, tagging, replicating, aggregating, and load balancing-across any input and output ports. This empowers administrators to cost-effectively enhance visibility, security, and forensic capabilities without disrupting live network services.

At the core of the system is the NextIO Visibility Operating System, which provides a unified, web-based interface for streamlined control. Paired with NextIO Visibility Studio, a powerful diagram-based service design tool, the platform eliminates the complexity of traditional configuration-based workflows, enabling effortless creation and management of visibility services.

FlowDirector V2 appliances also support high availability clustering and centralized control through the NextIO Device Center, making them ideal for enterprise-scale environments. When combined with the InfiniLoad® Traffic Simulator, FlowDirector appliances can form a large-scale simulation cluster to generate cloud-scale traffic patterns-enabling efficient sharing of test resources across teams and projects.

The V2 series includes three 1U rack-mountable models: FlowDirector-640v2, FlowDirector-3200v2 and FlowDirector-12K.Each models offers the same advanced functionality across different port configurations to meet varied network demands and is optimized for high-throughput environments requiring flexible, reliable, and scalable network visibility solutions.
